Recipe by Steven Zussino

Make healthy frozen yogurt with the KitchenAid ice cream attachment and no added sugar.

Prep time: 60

Yield: 1.2 L

Ingredients

  • 650g Greek Yogurt
  • 650g Plain Yogurt
  • 3 tbsp Xylinol
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Cooking Directions

  1. Freeze the KitchenAid ice cream attachment bowl for 24 hours.
  2. Add both yogurts, the xylitol and vanilla in the KitchenAid ice cream attachment bowl until combined for 20 minutes on low.
  3. If you want a soft consistency, serve right out of the ice cream maker. For a firmer texture, transfer the frozen yogurt to a covered container and freeze for up to 2 hours.

Here is a YouTube video that shares how I have this working.
