A judgment has passed against Cadbury Adams Canada Inc., Hershey Canada Inc., Nestlé Canada Inc. and Mars Canada Inc., as well as distributor ITWAL Ltd that entitles all persons residing in Canada who have purchased at least $1,000 in Chocolate Products between Oct. 1, 2005, and September 30, 2007.

Basically, if you purchased at least $1,000 in Chocolate Products (who purchased Cadbury, Hershey, Mars or Nestlé chocolate confectionary products) during the October 1, 2005 to September 31, 2007 period you are entitled to $50.

Spouses and children living in the same household can pool their purchases and file a single claim (with one individual claiming on behalf of the household).
