Cooking on a budget? Worlds most frugal soup.

Cooking on a budget? Worlds most frugal soup.

This time of year is tough on people – lots of gifts to buy, Christmas parties, secret santas…

I wanted to help people by creating a frugal and delicious soup in a slow cooker to show how easy it is. It is a great way to use up leftovers. I estimate it costs under $2 to make and would feed 6-8 people.
