We are in the middle of renovating a kitchen and it is due to be finished on January 16th (hopefully). I do not have a kitchen for the next couple of weeks which will make meal times challenging. Meals are going to be made using the slow cooker, a microwave and a little toaster oven for the next 16-17 days in the dinning area – this will be a good test.
We’ve decided to stick around the house anyway and make the most out of it. I will have to be creative with the small appliances and menu options. I’ve decided to stick to stews and soups to make meals go further. All the recipes I’ve selected are the recipes I make frequently and know what is involved. This will ensure I know what to expect!
