A couple months ago I had the privilege to meet Christine Cushing the Food Network chef that hosts interactive cooking shows. I also had the privilege to be given a personally autographed copy of her cookbook Pure Food – an everyday cookbook to have fun in the kitchen. This week I’ve decided to pull it off the shelf for the first time and try out some of the recipes.
I also received Decembers’ issue of the Chatelaine Magazine filled with delicious Christmas recipes. This weeks menu plan is a combination of both these Christine Cushings’ Pure Food Cookbook and my favorite Canadian Magazine Chatelaine.
