We love to help our readers save money and a plain landline phone is really expensive in Canada.
We received a NetTalk Duo Wifi as a review product and were impressed!
I have spoken on MagicJack, and used SkypeOut service before but this is more clear and less static.

This sounds perfect to take the place of my fax line it will save me over $500 a year and if that works I will try to switch my land line as well although the only problem I have with that is if the power is out there would be no phone in the house but what a savings.
Spend it on electronics.
Spend it on groceries.
Wow! That is a really cool device that I would love to try out!
If I won a free nettalk duo wifi I would use the money saved per year to plan a family vaction! I already pay upwards of $50/m on phone service so we could definitely afford one with the savings. Maybe even some left over to do some remodeling?
Would like to try this, any help with phone bill would be great…
I would use the money for something much more important than telephone bill!
It would be so awesome to win.. I didn’t realize how much could be saved and you don’t have to keep your computer turned on.. and or pay the cable company for there phone service. If I won I’d immediately sign my son up for the football camp his coach hoped he could attend this summer, but wasn’t going to be able to because we couldn’t afford it… Thank You
Interesting concept – would love to give it a try!
I would love to buy iphone with the money that I saved.
I would love to win this! There wouldn’t be any money saved, since I’ve already dropped my landline for just a cell phone. However, it may save a few relationships, as I haven’t had very good cell service since I’ve moved.
With the money I would save on NetTalk duo I would get a faster internet connection.
I would be cautious about relying on devices like these. I used a competitor (Magic Jack) and unless you have a good strong Internet connection, the interruptions and delays make use of this or any other VOIP unreliable.
Would like to try this any help with phone bill would be great
Any help lowering phone bill would be fantastic, would love to try it out
Hello, Steven of Grocery Alerts.ca. Thank you for this giveaway and review. The money I would save on my phone bill would go to paying off my Student Loan. Have a Happy New Year everyone.
We live in a rural area and it seems like all calls we make are charged long distance. I would love to be able to use the NetTalk to replace our overpriced land-line phone and use the money we save to pay for new windows on our house (for even more savings on our crazy energy bills)….plus still be able to enjoy my long phone chats with my favorite sister…. it would be a triple win scenario!! :)
Let me see at $40 plus per month for my present phone service, I would be able to purchase that Apple Iphone or Ipod Touch I have been dreaming about. OR I could upgrade to a faster version of my internet service.
I would put more effort in going to the gym more regularily.
Money saved would allow for the little extras in life, like going to a movie or buying that grocery item that isn’t necessary but you would love to buy as a treat!
Sounds interesting, I’ve been using a VOIP service through my internet provider, and it hasn’t been great. Wondering if this would be any better. What is the on-going subscription cost? Minimum wifi speeds for the service? Not sure that I would use the savings for anything specific, but I’d certainly appreciate them!
The savings would go to all the other telco services I over pay for!! I would save about $40 a month….over a year that means $480. Heck that is a car payment!!
I would use the money to purchase a better and more reliable Internet service provider.
It would go towards a new faster iPhone to replace my current one.
I would use the money for something much more important than a phone bill.
This would certaintly come in good use with my home based business. Great giveaway Steve!
Buy more netTalk duo wifi for my relatives.
We would pay off our loan faster!
We’d use money saved to pay down some debts.
