Just like everyone else, we are starting off the New Year with a different menu plan or should I say cutting out a few things that we’ve been indulging in over the festive season. No more Candied Orange Peels! Healthy eating is always at the top of everyone’s list.
Here’s to a fresh start and a week full of healthy and frugal meals! This one even includes Sushi on a budget recipe.

– Mango & tahini (1 Cup mango, 1tbsp tahini, 1 tbsp lime juice 1/2 cup water)
– Pear & Cucumber (1 pear, 1″ ginger, 1 cucumber 3 celery stocks)
