This week’s menu plan is for 8 days instead of the usual 7. Why? Well, we are on vacation from the 1st! Is it the end of January already!
Once again I sat down to check out the weekly sales deals in our area and stuck to healthy hearty stews and soups that go a long way before writing out the menu plan. To spice things up I added in my favorite, SUSHI! Check out the recipe in Tastespotting.com
