If you’ve been following my menu plan by now you might see a trend. I haven’t mentioned this but this year we’ve deiced to go completely vegetarian. Well I have – my husband is still moaning about not having salmon or any fish for the last three weeks.
This week is no different. I’ve decided to makes some of my favourite dishes since I’ll be saying good bye to a good friend leaving the country possibly forever… I am sad to see her go. Comfort foods to heal the soul!
