Over the past 3 years we have aimed to cut down variable expenses to increase our net worth and pay off our mortgage. We have achieved this by using coupons, purchasing goods on sale using coupons to maximize our savings and even learned how to cut down expenses without coupons. We now pay 50% – 70% less on our grocery bill and cut back on all our spending.
The next highest household expense is having a baby and raising a family. The fun stuff… and so the journey begins!
As we grow so does the website. Our focus is to grow in the direction towards providing Canadian families ways to save money and to have a baby on a budget as well. We have created a new website to accompany GroceryAlerts.ca that will inform you how we plan to have a baby on a budget (as we are pregnant).
The new website address is www.babyalerts.ca where we offer how to find the best priced diapers to frugal finds. It will be an online source to helping Canadian moms save money on baby, children, pregnancy and maternity products. We offer Canadian baby and children coupons, Canadian baby and children deals and ways to raise a baby on a budget. Of course we also offer a few extras like personal posts and giveaways!
Check out BabyAlerts.ca for some Canadian free baby samples and learn the Canadian frugal couples’ way!
