This review is for Tropical Traditions Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil.
My wife and I typically cook with extra virgin olive oil (cook on low heat). We have tried other oils like canola, and vegetable but we find that they do not give a good enough flavor.
We tried to use the coconut oil and it was delicious. It gave a great after taste when cooking a chicken dish. The coconut flavour is amazing and it is surprising that a little teaspoon goes a long way.
This company has a great product and it is certified organic and it comes from the Philippines.
The product has many health benefits as there are no trans-fats in it.
Tropical Traditions Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil cost $19.95 for a 1 pint glass jar so it is more expensive then oil you would buy at a store but you also have to way in all its awesome health benefits compared the store bought oils.

I love anything coconut! As a chef,I use a lot of coconut cream and milk in cooking, I also have a coconut cleanser I love to use on my face that removes makeup at night. AND, i love coconut drinks and coconut rum, so Tropical Traditions Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil sounds fantastic! I can't wait to try it.

I would use Tropical Traditions Virgin Coconut Oil in the cooking of shrimp fried rice which I would use to stuff a pineapple…That and a Polynesian themed cocktail to compliment the food. Good eating and good drinking.
