In April of 2011 I was at work and had a massive heart attack. My employee found me in my client’s basement already blue cold and dead. Once the ambulance showed up, it took them another 18 minutes to bring me back to life. The doctors call me anomoly but that’s just because they don’t use the word miracle lol. I am still recuperating but at least now i recognize my kids and their spouses. I can no longer smell nor taste, i cannot speak clearly as my throat was destroyed but i am writing this by myself with a big smile on my face. I would like to start doing coupons and would like some help figuring out how to do it. It would have to be fairly uncomplicated as my memory has been very affected due to the lack of oxigen for that long. I do have therapisrs that come by to help me three times a week and with your helop and their ability to make sense of it so that i may use it, i think i may be able to give it a shot. i am in the Vancouver area and I thank you in advance for any info or tips that you may be able to provide me with. god Bless. Lou
can I get coupons in the mail rather than printing them off the computer? I would like that much better..thank you.
Single mother of a 2 yr old and an 8yr old, have been through the worst year of my life cause of my child’s father he took everything including child-tax until the investigation is done so im resorting to every option I have to just be able to provide for my babies. I am from Moncton N.B have no idea how couponing works or what coupons from where I can use and how many for stores and there rules and so on if anyone want to I guess me my teacher I would greatly appreciate every ounce of help I receive. Thank you for taking time to read this :)p.s I dont have a printer but I have went on sites and requested coupons by mail.

I have been unemployed for almost a year now and my husband has the only income…any advice for someone who is completely new to having to watch each and every cent??
Thanks :)
Kim,
I would recommend to start budgeting using the envelope method. Whatever you can spend on groceries per week keep it in that envelope.
Also, find out where most of the food budget is spent? With that knowledge you can then find a frugal substitution.
Let us know if you have further questions.
would also like to find a coupon group here in windsor ontario is very hard to get coupons
Does anyone know of a coupon group or forum for Edmonton Alberta
using coupomns is great for saving money.the only beef i have is when u dont have a printer how do u get the coupon.theres no one to help us with ie companies and stores. does any one have any ideas on how we can get them .either than that coupons are awsome.
Hi! I have no idea what I’m doing. A girlfriend posted this site and I love the show, thought it’s something I should get into. After looking around and seeing these coupons – are they good for every store? How does that work?
Candace, most stores accept printable coupons.
I would start by requesting free coupons at websaver.ca, save.ca, and gocoupons.ca
The main stores that do not accept printable coupons are Sobeys and Metro brand stores.
freshco in windsor will not accept printed coupons either
I cannot believe how many coupons I had to pull from my binder at the end of December…it seems so empty, anyone know of a place to gather tons of new ones?
Carol,
Don’t worry. Here is a great tip. Are you familiar with the Chapman’s company for their ice creams?
Once per year you can request a coupon be mailed to your home. This high value coupon is usually $5 off of a product, meaning that from the coupon you can get FREE ice cream, or other ice cream products.
Contact them here (http://www.chapmans.ca/contactusnew.asp) and include your postal address.
Also, Brandsaver is coming out with new coupons January 4.
Enjoy!
