    Copon Train Leaving...

We have four coupon trains heading out by two conductors, Lina and Bonnie. Please note which conductor sent out the train within the coupon rider list. Once you receive the coupon train please ensure that you post on the forum to let us know where the train is and when it leaves.

Two of the four coupon trains have left today. train #1 is heading to PEI, NS and certain parts of Ontario.
Train #2 is heading heading to Alberta, Edmonton, Fort McMurray, Moose Jaw and Regina before it heads back to Victoria, BC.

The other two trains are leaving from Alberta and will be updated shortly.

When the coupon trains above arrive back to the conductor more coupons will be added.

The coupon train rules have been mailed within the envelope however here are the rules below.

Grocery Alerts Canada Coupon Train Rules:

    What is a coupon train?

A coupon train is an envelope filled with coupons that is mailed between riders. For this train since it is just starting out there will only be a specific dollar amount to start. ($200)

This coupon train is going across Canada so we need to ensure that each rider keep the package for no more than 2 days, in order to keep the train moving along quickly. You then mail it to the next address on the list that has been provided. Once train returns to the conductor more coupons will be added increasing the value of the coupon amount and the train will run around again.

If you want to receive good coupons, be kind and replace the coupons you take with good coupons for others. Remember that bigger piles are heavier piles that cost more to mail and may not be a outweigh the benefit of the coupons!

    Coupon Train Rules:

    1. When you receive the train please take which coupons you will use and replace those with coupons for your fellow riders.

    2. Replace the number of coupons you take that is close to the same denomination that you took. This will ensure the train value keeps to a standard and will grow with time.

    3. Take only the coupons you will use. Do not remove all the good coupons.

    4. Do not include coupons with expiration dates within 30 days, unless of course you know the next rider can use them before they expire.

    5. If there be multiple coupons of a good coupon, please only take one and pass on the others.

    6. Please do not include printable coupons, mail in rebates and couponzone.

    7. Mail the train within 2 days of receiving the train yourself. Including the riders list along with this coupon rules info.

    8. When sending the train to the next rider, ensure that the senders address as well as the receivers address is clearly written on the front of the envelope.

    9. Please provide enough postage so the train does not get delayed and sent back.

It looks like we have another volunteer to conduct another coupon train. Those people that have sent me an email before the cut off date will be included in this train.

The first coupon train #207 has left the first rider and on it's way in Alberta - can the next person to receive this train post on the forum to say they have received it?
