I live in Calgary SW AB and was at the Walmart on McLeod trail. The greeter mentioned that there is someone that shops there regularly that gets very good deals with coupons( paying next to nothing). She carries a folder for her coupons. I would love to tag along and get some hints as I don't seem to be getting it for saving money.
