We tried their PC Sweet Apple Cider. We simply added some cinnamon sticks to the cider and it was fantastic!
Not too sweet and perfect for a winter brunch.
Here is my lovely wife preparing the French toast and the eggs and the cider on the oven.
We also tried their delicious assorted Belgium chocolates. These were a major hit – it is a great bargain for how many you get. Some dark, some white and some dark chocolate – a nice variety.
Also on the menu was the PC Chocolate Brownie Cheesecake with Ganache Topping. This is great when you have guests coming and need something to prepare for dessert. It was rich and full of chocolate but it was perfectly portioned.
Now one item no one liked was their PC Swiss Fondue. It came out of the container and we heated up on the oven and even used the fondue pot – following the directions. We provided nice bread for dipping. It was very salty and white wine was the second ingredient. This was a big FAIL in my mind. This was the least popular item that we tried.
It is a chocolate brownie layer filled with rich, creamy chocolate cheesecake and a luscious chocolate ganache tops it all.
To close, we provided our guests with some rich ice cream – PC Candy Cane Chocolate Fudge Crackle™ Ice Cream. It is rich vanilla ice cream with bits of peppermint candy and chocolate fudge crackle pieces. It is overwhelming with peppermint and chocolate. My wife and I make ice cream at home but this was a nice treat. I recommend this ice cream.
