Here is a list of current Canadian mail-in rebates.
A mail-in rebate entitles the buyer to mail in a coupon, a receipt and/or barcode in order to receive a cheque or a free product coupon for a particular amount, depending on the particular product, time, and often place of purchase. Rebates are offered by either the retailer or the manufacturer of the chosen product.
A great way to maximize your mileage on mail-in rebates is to use them at Shoppers Drug Mart. Sometimes they have promotions where if you spend $75 at Shoppers you get 18,500 Shoppers Optimum Bonus Points, which is equivalent to about $25 worth of free merchandise. A good tip is to use the mail-in rebates below to get extra mileage and get free bonus Optimum Points.

Most Canadian rebates have a limit of 1 per person/household/address unless otherwise specified, and please assume a dated cash register receipt is required. Always take a photocopy or scan the original and keep track of your paperwork and submissions.
